The new Heron series has been designed with internal control valves that are always available, compared to previous versions, and external control valves, which allow to obtain higher impact forces while maintaining constant speed even at high temperatures. So the valves are also protected from impacts. The series Legend Heron enhances the concept of manual variable stroke, so that the operator alone can adjust the frequency and increase the impact energy, in order to maximize the working efficiency. The series is also equipped with integrated hydraulic systems that avoid empty shots and, therefore, breakage of tools, tool stops and pistons. The empty shot is avoided with the “smart system” which prevents the striking mass from starting when the tip is not firmly supported, avoiding the vibrations discharged on the hammer. The closed casing provided with a series of shock absorbers limits the noise level, so that the hammer is better accepted by those who work in inhabited centers. The breakers are also designed with a particular dust protection system, to keep the tool clean and therefore extend its duration of use.
