Our hydraulic grab is made up of a central frame to which 3 to 6 tines are hinged. These tines move in a synchronized and independent way, as each tine is driven by its own hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic grabs can have different shapes but are mainly divided into two categories: grabs “with horizontal cylinders” mounted directly inside the tines, thus allowing for compact shapes and limited size, and grabs “with vertical cylinders”. Arox proposes two lines of orange peel grabs. One line is compact, has a capacity up to 400 liters and is ideal for truck cranes and small self-propelled machines. The other line has vertical cylinders, is powerful and performing, ideal for larger and more powerful self-propelled machines. In both cases the tines can have three configurations: open, half-closed and closed for each type of use.
